Onlo collects personal information such as name, job title, employer name, work email, work phone number, and work address to provide and improve services. We do not sell personal information and only share it with third parties assisting in service delivery.
We may also receive information from third-party sources such as LinkedIn.
Use of the Onlo Website
We automatically collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and browsing behavior to improve performance and user experience.

Use of Google Workspace APIs
Onlo uses data from Google Workspace APIs only to provide service features. Such data is not used to train AI or ML models.

Data Storage and Retention
Data is stored in secure cloud systems in the U.S. Customer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and a period thereafter. Prospect data is retained only while it has business value. Data can be deleted upon verified request.
Children's Data
Onlo does not knowingly collect data from children.
Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To submit a data deletion request, you can:
